Dr VenkataSesha Giridhar Akula Garu is a distinguished Professor of Computer Science & Engineering with 28 years of teaching and 10 years of research. He worked as software engineer in Indira Gandhi National Center for Arts, New Delhi for 02 Years. He has been working as Principal from 2006. He is a ratified professor of OU and ratified as principal by JNTUH & JNTUA. He is a recipient of ISTE’s Best Computer Science Teacher (state award) for the year 2010, ISTE’s Best Computer Science teacher (state award) for the year 2012, Dr. Raja Rambapu Patil National award for the year 2013,Leading Educators of the world award by IBC, England. He is a life member of ISTE, Tech Republic (USA), CSTA(USA), ISE, Zenith Computer Society, IDCSIT (Singapore) ICES and Senior member of Engineer council of India. He has published 65 technical papers in national and International journals, authored 8 books and 3 book chapters, editorial board member for many journals, reviewer for ANSI, ETASR, MECS, IEEE Journal / conferences. He is the BOS member of many autonomous engineering colleges in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. He is the active researcher and Indian examiner for PhD viva Voce examinations.He has received appreciations by the then President of India Late Dr A P J Abdul Kalam for his contributions towards better society.
